What happens at the first visit?

  • 01

    Register

Contact the practice and arrange an initial examination appointment. You can call the practice or complete the online registration form.

  • 02

    Medical history

Prior to the initial examination you will be asked to complete a confidential medical history, so your Dentist understands health details that might be relevant to any treatment.

  • 03

    Your treatment plan

After presenting your options, we’ll discuss and formulate a treatment plan with you. Any necessary appointments can be scheduled with reception before you leave.

What should I bring?

  • A copy of a recent prescription, if you are currently taking medication
  • A few minutes before your appointment to complete your confidential medical history
  • Any questions you have. We are always happy to answer them
